Nagender Madavaram has provided strategic vision and organizational management in the technology and nonprofit sector for the last 24 years. Nagender’s leadership consistently supports children and youth ability to access education, job training, and job placement opportunities.

In previous role, Nagender worked for Homeland Security Department as a senior architect to provide security system to the US airports. He holds Ph. D. degree in Political Science and Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic State University, GA.

Dr. Har Swarup Singh served in various positions in Government of India. He was Lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry, Member of Indian Planning Commission, Ambassador to Maldives. Prior to taking positions in Indian Government, Dr. Singh was Deputy Director in International Cotton Advisory Committee, Washington, DC. He received Ph. D. degree from North Carolina State University. Since his retirement from a long, varied and distinguished career, Ambassador Har Swarup Singh is engaged in international consulting specializing in economic policy and development, food security, globalization, and international relations. Dr. Singh lives in VA.
